631 Risk Management was set up to provide a solution for organisations with a global footprint to be able to properly assess both the risks they are exposed to, but also the specific compliance requirements in each of the countries they operate in.

With over 20 years experience operating as a Safety & Security Risk Leader in centralised Head Office departments for high profile, global, customer facing organisations, I gained significant experience about the challenges faced and the solutions available.

It felt that global providers of risk solutions had complex business models, and 'one size fits all' approaches, which didn't support a providing a cohesive and consistent strategy across the assets I was responsible for.
